Caterpillar Reach Stackers San Diego

A type of vehicle that is designed to transport containerized cargo within small and mediumsized ports and terminals is called a reach stacker. Reach stackers are really perfect for quickly shuttling containers short distances and piling them in rows.



Due their flexibility, reach stackers are a common choice for handling intermodal cargo containers. They are capable of stacking higher than forklift trucks. With a reach stacker capable of second row access, container blocks could be kept four-deep.
