Forklifts are categorized into the following kinds based on the structure:



Standard Trucks: Standard Trucks make up the sturdy and large models which are often utilized in factories. Standard trucks could typically carry weights between 3,000 pounds to 4,000 pounds and their blades could lift cargo as high as 20 feet.



Reach Truck: Reach Trucks are a different name for narrow-aisle lift trucks. Usually, these machinery run on electricity. These kinds of machinery are particularly designed for pallet storage. Motorized Pallet Trucks: Motorized Pallet Trucks are also called riders, walkies and walkie riders. Instead, the operator walks along the side of the truck as it transports the load.



Swing Mast Trucks: Swing Mast Trucks are similar in appearance to standard units of trucks. These are machines with a narrow aisle and have masts which could swing up to 90 degrees, only in one direction.



Turret Trucks: The turret truck has been designed to operate in very narrow aisles. Similar to an Order Selector, they can lift the load and the driver. Furthermore, these trucks are capable of swinging their forks ninety degree on each side.

If you would like to lease before you buy, this is a great option for you to be able to check out different models before making such a large purchase.
